I'm Jutta Miquelino - author, leadership coach, entrepreneur
I am Jutta Miquelino — visionary, strategist and coach with over 25 years of experience in leadership, organizational development and personal transformation.
My journey began in international corporations and led from marketing to the executive team. I was responsible for business development, technological innovation, cultural change and strategic change processes.
Today I am the co-CEO and partner of ... and dos Santos, a think tank for transformation, organizational development and sustainable change. I support people and organizations who want to make leadership more conscious and rethink responsibility — with clarity, an internal attitude and an impact on the outside world.
